Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Great things take time — especially when they’re handmade with love (by me, myself, and I). As a one-woman show, I pour care into every stitch, press, or package. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Trust me — it’s worth the wait. 💛

Q: Do you accept custom or personalized orders?

A: Absolutely! Custom and personalized embroidery is kind of my love language. You can submit your request through the contact form . Please note, custom orders may take a little longer — but they’re always stitched with care.

Q: Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

A: Yes and No or basically depends on the circumstance. If you want to change your order PRIOR to the order being started and items being purchased to make it ….. Then yes, you can make edits to your order AS Long they don’t increase the cost of your item. Custom orders especially are final once work has started.

Q: Do you offer bulk or business orders?

A: Yes! I offer bulk and corporate embroidery for brands, teams, events, and more. Whether it’s 10 or 100 items, I’d love to work with you. Send a message through the contact form for a custom quote.

Q: What if there’s a problem with my order?

Mistakes are rare (but I’m human and I do run on caffeine). If there’s an issue with your order, send me a message within 3 days of receiving it. I want my customers to be happy with their purchased items. If the mistake is on my part I will do all within my power to correct it.

Q: How should I care for my embroidered item?

A: Handle your embroidered piece like the gem it is! For best results, wash inside out in cold water, and lay flat or hang dry. Avoid bleach and high heat — embroidery likes it chill.
