Below is the step-by-step guide on what to expect from beginning to end with your custom order.
Embroidery Process
Step 1: Submit a Quote Request
Businesses can start by completing the embroidery inquiry form on our website. On the form, please be sure to fill in all areas and be as detailed as possible for what you are looking for in your order.
Example: I am looking to order 10 of the Navy Blue Universal Polos with my logo. in size XL. I will need the completed by (date). Once they are completed, you can ship them to such and such address. Can you provide me with a quote and time frame for this order to be completed.
Once you complete the request, you’ll be emailed from (threadsthreesixty@gmail.com) and asked to upload your logo and will be provided with details for your order. We won't be able to provide an official quote until after the logo has been subnitted.
Step 2: Logo Review & File Setup
Once we receive your submission, we’ll review your logo and send it to digitizing.
Step 3: Quote & Approval
At this point, we can provide you with an official quote for your order. This quote will include the digitizing/machine set up fee, the cost of good/services, and shipping fee. You’ll receive a detailed quote that includes setup fees, embroidery pricing, turnaround time, and any bulk order discounts. Once approved, we’ll send an invoice for payment. You will need to pay at least HALF of the invoice prior to the order starting.
Step 4: Sample Stitch-Out
For first-time orders or new logos, we can provide a sample stitch-out for approval before full production begins. This step ensures the final product meets your expectations.
Step 5: Production
Once payment is received and all details are approved, we begin production. Standard turnaround time is 5-10 business days, but rush orders may be available upon request.
Step 6: Delivery or Pickup
Once your order is complete, we’ll notify you with shipping details or pickup instructions, depending on your chosen method.
Step 7: Reorders Made Easy
Once your logo is on file, reordering is simple and fast. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll get it going!
